Our beloved house is up for sale. Balatonfüred railway station is about 6 minutes on foot, the sailing harbor and the Tagore Promenade about 10 minutes by comfortable walk.
The two-story house is located in an orderly residential environment and is fully comfortable. It was built in 1988, and since then partial renovations have been carried out in addition to continuous maintenance (installation of circular heating, new shutters). The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 half bedroom, kitchen, dining room, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet and bathtub, and a separate toilet. From the living room on the ground floor we come to the large terrace covered with a pergola, which can also be approached from the yard. The upstairs living room is everyones favorite with its bright, wide space. There are many possibilities for its use. 3 bedrooms and the spacious upstairs bathroom open from this space. A garage was added both to the north and to the south parts of the house, of which the south-facing one is heated and supplied with water. The latter can also be transformed to an additional full-fledged room.
In addition to the circo heating, heating is also provided by a tile stove. The house is also equipped with air conditioning and an alarm system.


Balaton is the largest lake in Central Europe and one of the most visited resorts of it is Balatonfüred. The capital of the northern shore of Lake Balaton owes its popularity, among other things, to its pleasant climate, excellent wines and carbonated springs. Thanks to Füreds sour water and medicinal springs, Balatonfüred became the first health resort town in Hungary. The State Heart Hospital operating here also uses the water of the springs for medicinal purposes. The city began to develop in the 1800s, during the reform era, and became a popular meeting place among progressive politicians and artists. It has advanced commercial and service network - including a large market, department stores, and numerous supermarkets. The town has three beaches, a campsite and several marinas. Füreds boat station handles a lot of traffic, in summer several boats leave for Tihany, Siófok and other settlements. Due to its large permanent population, the city has a developed system of urban institutions, which also perform district and regional functions (land office, service companies, etc.).

Unser geliebtes Haus steht zum Verkauf. Bahnhof Balatonfüred etwa 6 Minuten zu Fuß, Segelhafen, Tagore-Promenade etwa 10 Minuten bequem zu Fuß.
Das zweistöckige Haus liegt in einem geordneten Wohnumfeld und ist rundum komfortabel. Es wurde im Jahr 1988 erbaut und seitdem wurden neben der kontinuierlichen Wartung auch Teilrenovierungen durchgeführt (Einbau einer Rundheizung, neue Rollläden). Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 halbes Schlafzimmer, Küche, Esszimmer, 2 Wohnzimmer, 2 Badezimmer mit Toilette und Badewanne sowie eine separate Toilette. Vom Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss gelangen wir auf die große, mit einer Pergola überdachte Terrasse, die auch vom Hof aus zugänglich ist. Das Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss ist mit seinem hellen, großzügigen Raum jedermanns Liebling. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für seinen Einsatz. Von diesem Raum aus öffnen sich 3 Schlafzimmer und das geräumige Badezimmer im Obergeschoss. An den nördlichen und südlichen Teil des Hauses wurden zwei Garagen angebaut, von der der nach Süden ausgerichtete Garage ist beheizt und mit Wasser versorgt - kann auch als zusätzlicher vollwertiger Raum umgewandelt werden.
Für die Beheizung sorgt neben der Zirkulation auch ein Kachelofen. Das Haus ist außerdem mit Klimaanlage und einer Alarmanlage ausgestattet.

Balaton ist der größte See Mitteleuropas. Einer der meistbesuchten Ferienorte am Balaton ist Balatonfüred. Die ?Hauptstadt des Nordufers des Plattensees? verdankt ihre Beliebtheit unter anderem ihrem angenehmen Klima, hervorragenden Weinen und kohlensäurehaltigen Quellen. Dank Füreds Sauerwasser und Heilquellen wurde Balatonfüred zum ersten Kurort Ungarns. Das hier tätige State Heart Hospital nutzt das Wasser der Quellen auch für medizinische Zwecke. Die Entwicklung der Stadt begann im 18. Jahrhundert, während der Reformära, und wurde zu einem beliebten Treffpunkt für fortschrittliche Politiker und Künstler. Die Stadt hat fortschrittliches Handels- und Dienstleistungsnetz ? darunter ein großer Markt, Kaufhäuser und zahlreiche Supermärkte. Die Stadt verfügt über drei Strände, einen Campingplatz und mehrere Yachthäfen. An der Bootsstation von Füred herrscht reger Verkehr, im Sommer fahren mehrere Boote nach Tihany, Siófok und in andere Siedlungen. Aufgrund ihrer großen ständigen Bevölkerung verfügt die Stadt über ein entwickeltes System städtischer Institutionen, die auch Bezirks- und Regionalfunktionen wahrnehmen (Landesamt, Dienstleistungsunternehmen usw.).
